Green Spaces Run the River 5k/10k at Solar Fest

Hosted by Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas, the Run the River 5k/10k will be held in conjunction with Build San Antonio Green‘s 18th Annual Solar Fest. The chip-timed races and fun run start at Yanaguana Garden, follow along the river, visiting Southtown areas, before circling back to Hemisfair in time for the kickoff of Solar Fest. Medals will be awarded for winning times in several categories.

Solar Fest is a FREE, fun event, located at Hemisfair Park, hosted by Build San Antonio Green. Festivities kick off at 10 am and run until 4 pm. Grab the family, grab a bike, or catch a bus to Hemisfair Park for a day of family fun and learning! Enjoy live music, local artisans, a variety of food trucks and engaging activities at the 2018 Solar Fest celebrating renewable energy, energy efficiency, and our beautiful city.
