Buffalo Soldiers, Hands on Activities, Family Friendly, Fun for Kids

Join the Texas Parks and Wildlife Buffalo soldiers and friends as we celebrate the proud Texas heritage of the Buffalo Soldiers. lots of family friendly activities centered around the daily life of the soldiers. Learn how these units started on the Texas Frontier, Learn how they hunted in the spare time, play some old time baseball with a soldier or two, visit with cowboys, take a lesson in the school house and much much more.
