These bands work well but they were much smaller than anticipated. Be sure to order as large a size as possible.

These are really great. My husband wears them running and we gave some to the neighborhood kids that wait for the bus at the end of their driveways when it's dark in the winter mornings. They're fun to play with too! Safety first!

I got these for taking my dog for walks at night. I got the large but they do not fit over a normal size winter jacket. Not very useful.

Super bright and totally effective at making you more visible. I still wear a flashing light but this really helps drivers to see you.

I use these as a runner on my early morning runs, and in the evening as a bicycle commuter on my ride home from work. When fully extended, each band measures about 30 x 3 cm (about 11 and 3/4 by 1 and 1/4 inches), though their normal shape to which they return automatically is a double circle about 5 cm (about 2 inches) in diameter. It is easy to extend each band partially for placement around the arms, and removal is just as easy. They are super reflective, easily visible to motorists. Great product!
