All this for so little? This book bag has features usually found on a pack twice the price. Two main compartment are big enough for a laptop or the largest text or notebooks. A third compartment has a ton of organizer pockets for pencils, calculator, keys, GPS, sticky notes, goodies, and yes, your iPod or MP3 player. Of course, we remembered the headphone port too. If 3 pockets isn't enough, we added a fourth mini-pocket for just about anything else. The shoulder straps include a very comfortable suspension strap system and are fully adjustable. The left shoulder strap has a cell pocket sewn onto it for quickie and easy access when you hear that custom ring. The zippers are heavy duty, will never break or snag and glide open and shut very smoothly.

Just like every item out there, some people like it while a few/some don't. I want to wait for at least a month before I do a review of this item to see how I feel after using it for a month. This is exactly what I want and the price from amazon was great too. You can't go wrong with this backpack.

It's the perfect size...it won't make you look like a turtle like those oversized book bags out there. The materials used in this backpack are very heavy-duty. The layout is excellent, so it can hold more things in less space. I like the cellphone pocket on the strap, and the ipod pocket inside with the grommeted hole for the headphones to come out of. The straps have a shock-absorbing bungee material, so it's easy on your trapezius and the cloth material of the backpack will last longer. I use it for day hikes.

This was a fantastic find. My husband was looking for a back pack to take fishing with him instead of having to carry in his hands. I didn't want to spend too much money, but at the same time, didn't want to get something that would need to be replaced in a few weeks either. This was the perfect match. I surprised my husband with the back pack and he absolutely loves it. Takes it with him each time he goes fishing! I would suggest this to anyone looking for a "throw around" bag that can be used for just about anything.

My ninth grader doesn't use his locker - guess what goes w/him everywhere? This bookbag carries almost EVERY book he has ALL THE TIME!
